TE-SPOL FM s.r.o. was established in 2008 as a limited liability company, with a registered capital of CZK 2,000,000. The company's activities are not limited to the Czech Republic, but we have also successfully completed orders in Belgium (Solar Turbines, in Slovakia, in Germany (Volskwagen Wolfsburg) and Hungary (Cembrit Kft.) We employ our own technicians, designers, machine fitters, and welders. The aim of our work is to find a technically optimal and cost-effective solution that fully satisfies all requirements of the customer. We are ready to help from design to project implementation, including consultancy and services.

Since 2010, we have been following legal obligations and requirements pursuant to:

• ČSN EN ISO 9001 (Quality management system)
• ČSN EN ISO 14001 (Environmental management system)
• ČSN OHSAS 45001 (Occupational health and safety management system)

In 2018, we moved to our own production and storage facilities in Staré Město (near Frýdek-Místek). We have comprehensive range of equipment and professional mechanization (production area of about 700 m2 with a 5T crane track, 3T and 5T forklifts, service platforms, all the equipment for machine fitters, HILTI core drilling, etc.). Of course we have a fleet of vehicles available for the transport of both small and large products.

We provide in particular:

• Disassembly, transfer, and assembly of technological equipment and units
• Production and assembly of steel structures
• Logistics work (disassembly - transport - assembly)
• Maintenance and service works
• We provide professional services in the field of electric fire alarm system, fixed fire extinguishing systems, CCTV (closed-circuit TV) and electronic security alarms
• Production and assembly of shelving systems and safety barriers
• Installation of air conditioning and piping systems
• Processing of accompanying documentation of technological units and parts
• Custom production

We provide processing of the design, production documentation, and documentation of steel structures of all grades using the Tekla Structures program, which introduces real modelling of the structure, taking into account all customer requirements for production and assembly. The result is the outputs of accurate drawings, reports, and 3D models at every stage of the order. We also provide elaboration of static and dynamic calculations by an authorized engineer for the field of statics and dynamics of buildings in the SCIA and IDEA StatiCa programs.

TE-SPOL FM s.r.o. is insured with ČSOB Pojišťovna, a.s. for liability insurance for damage up to CZK 20,000,000 in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe. Depending on the type and nature of work, it is possible to increase this performance after an agreement with the supplier due to more voluminous and financially more demanding works.
